:: Underground Plumbing
"You worked with the crews, teaching and showing them how to handle various plumbing problems. Ton of them came to us afterwards and said how much they had enjoyed working with you. I learned a lot when I went with you to mark the map from the centers of the road as to wherethe pipes were laid. At the end of this project, I hope to have excellent maps for subsequent boards."

"We renovated an old warehouse and factory into twenty-four live/work studios in Oakland's Embarcadero Cove. The project took eight months to complete and cost over one and a half million dollars.
Emery Plumbing was responsible for all the plumbing work on the project from laying new sewer connections to running the gas lines to each unit and everything in between. The high standard of quality in Emery's work is commendable. Furthermore, the employees of Emery Plumbing were extremely responsive to our needs and would work with us solving problems to our satisfaction. Additionally, Emery Plumbing had an excellent relationship with the Oakland Building Department, which eased the "Red Tape" burden dramatically. In conclusion we are pleased that we contracted with Emery Plumbing for this project and plan to use their services exclusively for our future plumbing needs."

"I came to know Mr. John Mingo when I was Waterboards District Manager in Lae and when he was employed by Lae Plumbing. He occupied the position of Operations Mnager, in charge of all the plumbing work for his employer. In my opinion Mr. Mingo is capable of performing to satisfaction all duties relating to water supply."
